How it works
Your Synology backs up with on-board tools: Hyper Backup comes preinstalled on every DiskStation. You add us as a target, and from then on backups run on schedule — incremental and deduplicated, so after the initial backup only changes go down the line. Turn on client-side encryption and not a single readable byte leaves your house: the key stays with you, what sits on our side is a data blob. The guide is in the knowledge base.
One price, one slider
No plan table, no tiers: €8 per TB per month. You set the size with a slider — from 1 to 25 TB, in 1 TB steps. No setup fee, traffic is free, cancel monthly. Bigger or smaller later is always a ticket away, upgrades without data loss.
Why the location is the point
Backups are the data that’s left when everything else is gone — so choose where they live with matching care. With us that means: our own hardware at German locations, a German provider, GDPR and the German BDSG instead of the US CLOUD Act. And your ticket is answered by one of the three technicians who run the systems themselves.
