What is this?
What is the Plesk vServer — and how does the model work?
A vServer is a virtual machine on a physical host — fully virtualized with KVM, with its own operating system, its own stack and guaranteed resources. You share the hardware with other customers, but CPU cores and RAM are reserved. No noisy neighbour can eat your performance.
Compared to web hosting, the server is yours alone: guaranteed CPU cores and RAM, your own databases, your own cron jobs — and you share nothing with other hosting customers. Anything beyond Plesk, we set up for you by ticket.
Plesk is still preinstalled. You manage domains, mail and backups in the same interface you know from web hosting. Moving from web hosting to a vServer essentially means more power and more room to move — the controls stay familiar.

Plesk Migrator preinstalled
Clean server-to-server migration, Plesk style. Point it at the source server and the Migrator pulls over files, databases, mail, DNS and Plesk settings. If you're switching to us from another provider: a few clicks instead of manual data juggling.
Let's Encrypt automatic
Automatic SSL certificates for all domains, renewed every 60 days. Wildcard certificates on request. Force HTTPS, enable HSTS — all of it two clicks in Plesk.

Straight talk
What we deliberately don't offer.
Some things other hosts advertise — we don't, because they don't fit our model:
- ! No SSH at operating-system level — server administration stays entirely with us, so OS maintenance, Plesk updates and security patches run cleanly. You do get the normal SSH access of the Plesk accounts (chrooted per domain/subscription) — enough for Git deployments, Composer and cron jobs. If you need changes at OS level, we do them by ticket.
- ! No OS choice — all Plesk vServers run AlmaLinux 10. That's deliberate: it's the only way we can fully automate updates, security patches and Plesk major upgrades.
- ! No plain Linux vServers without Plesk — if you want just Linux without a panel, a Dedicated Server may be the better product.
- ! No bare-metal servers — the vServer runs KVM-virtualized. If you need dedicated physical hardware, have a look at our Dedicated Servers.
We do managed hosting with clear lines of responsibility. If you want an unmanaged Linux vServer, you're better off with a pure IaaS provider.

What do we handle, what do you handle?
Us: OS setup, Plesk installation, initial configuration, OS updates, Plesk updates, security patches, hardware maintenance, backups, server snapshots before risky operations. You: everything that happens in Plesk — domains, WordPress, mail, databases, SSL. On the Web Host Edition also service plans and end-customer accounts. Custom tasks beyond Plesk: open a ticket.
What is the Plesk Migrator?
A Plesk tool that copies data from another Plesk or cPanel server to us — files, databases, mail, DNS, Plesk config. You enter the source server login, the Migrator pulls everything over, with a test URL and a clean go-live. For larger migrations, we help.
Who does the OS and Plesk updates?
We do. Security patches in the background, Plesk major updates announced with a maintenance window. You get a notification but don't have to do anything. If an update could break something, we snapshot first and can roll back immediately.
How fast is the server ready?
Usually within 30 minutes of ordering. Plesk preinstalled, initial configuration applied, login credentials by email.
Can I get more IPs?
Yes. Additional IPv4 for an extra charge; IPv6 is included by default.
Which operating system runs as the base?
AlmaLinux 10 — no choice. We focus on one distribution so we can roll out updates, security patches and Plesk major upgrades fully automated. With several distributions, that level of automation would be lost.
What happens if hardware fails?
RAID10 survives a disk failure without downtime. For bigger hardware problems we migrate the VM to another host — typically 5–15 minutes of downtime, often even live.
Can I migrate from another provider?
Yes — yourself, with the preinstalled Plesk Migrator, or we do it for you by ticket. Restore a Plesk backup, restore a cPanel account backup, or rsync plus SQL dump for custom setups. Free of charge, within what's feasible for us.
What if the plan isn't enough?
Upgrading to a bigger plan usually works without a migration — we grow the VM live or with a short downtime. If you reach dimensions that no longer fit standard plans: write to us, we'll build you something custom.
